This lists as much information as possible about developments in
the Mountain Communities, past, present and future. I limit myself to
documents in my possession, either electronically or on paper.
So this is not a jumpstation which points to other URL's, but
it in fact gives access to part of my library.
If I do not have
pdf's but only paper versions of documents, I will indicate this.
I am not eager to lend out paper versions, if only
because some of them belong to others.
Most of the directories have separate introductory
files with explanations what the projects are about and what
documents are included. As more information becomes available, the
lists will grow.
You may wonder what the relevance of the old EIR's is. Some of them
(such as San Emidio and Northlake) are based on approved specific plans
and may come alive any time. All of them contain information about
geology, history, biology, culture and seismicity which is still relevant.
The same thing is true for EIR's that seem to be of marginal interest,
such as the Afterbay and the Laval Farms ones. They contain useful information about our area.
